Welcome to St. Clare’s

Whoever you are, wherever you are on your spiritual journey, you are welcome in this community called together by Jesus Christ.

Deep in the heart of the Chattahoochee National Forest and the foothills of North Georgia's Blue Ridge Mountains, Blairsville is a beautiful, rural mountain town that is undergoing lots of change, and the makeup of our parish is indicative of that change. The communicants of St. Clare's come from all over the country - the majority live in Blairsville full time, but some are seasonal, just attending in summers. Our parish is blessed with beautiful gardens that were designed and planted by parishioners and maintained by our Garden Crew. With so much beauty, it is hard to miss God’s presence in daily life.

The Church is the place where we are nurtured to weave our whole lives to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Through meaningful worship, challenging Christian education for adults, children and youth, and opportunities for Christian fellowship, we deepen our openness and ability to experience the transforming power of Christ in our lives. Through God’s transforming grace, we can then become a people who show God’s hospitality and healing to a world in need.

We hope you will take a few moments to look at all that is going on in this vibrant and loving community, and that you will join us on Sunday mornings at 10:30 for worship. Daily prayer services are offered Monday through Friday with Morning Prayer at 8:00 am and Compline at 7:30 pm. All services may be found on our Facebook page, or by clicking the “Worship Online” button in the Worship section.

We look forward to welcoming you to our community!

God’s Blessings,
